Big TCIS Contests This Week


It’s already the end of the spring season and Norfolk Collegiate teams will be competing in the TCIS Tournament this week.

Today at 4:30 at home, the girls soccer team, seeded second in the TCIS and ranked fourth in the state, kick off against seventh-seeded Walsingham. It will be senior day.

If they win, they play at home again on Wednesday at 4:30.

The girls lacrosse team, seeded fifth in the TCIS, heads to Bishop Sullivan Catholic High School for a 4:30 p.m. game. There are more girls lacrosse photos at Girls Lax.

The softball team, seeded seventh, plays at Nansemond-Suffolk Academy, seeded second, at 4:30 today.

DSC_9995The boys tennis team has its final match today at Bishop Sullivan, then begins TCIS play on Thursday.

The boys lacrosse team was eliminated Monday in the TCIS quarterfinal, losing 15-8 to Nansemond-Suffolk.
