Big Hoops Matchup Tonight

DSC_2979The Oaks, ranked fifth in the region, take on Kellam High School, ranked sixth, tonight at 5:30 p.m. in the second game of the Bishop Sullivan Classic at Bishop Sullivan Catholic High School.

Collegiate earned its way into the game with a tough win over Atlantic Shores, 57-55, Monday afternoon thanks to a three-point shot by Kyonze Chavis with 24 seconds in the game.

Adam Grant led the Oaks with 15 points while Marcus Anderson ripped down 10 boards. Chavis popped for 13.

Put Saturday at the Treehouse on your calendar as must-see hoops action against the ‘dogs of Norfolk Academy. The fun starts with the JV boys game at 4, followed by girls varsity at 5:30, and the boys at 7 p.m. Get there early.
