Girls Win First Over HRA

DSC_3199-XL CSC_1881Balanced scoring carried the Oaks girls basketball team to their first win of the season at home Friday, 50-43, over Hampton Roads Academy.

Shahra Madison, who got into early foul trouble, scored a game-high 11 points, and Kristin Rempas chipped in 10, Peyton Fancher scored nine, and Annie Bashara added seven for the Oaks, who are 1-2 on the season.
