Field Hockey Team Dominates Stallions

Total domination. That’s the only way to describe Collegiate’s 9-0 field hockey win over Green Run High School Tuesday at home.

Nine players scored for the Oaks and play rarely left their side of the field. All 22 team members earned playing time.

Scoring were: Jordan Sibley, Maryliz Lentz, Wren Thomas, Lizzie Howlett, Blair Hurley, Sarah Smallets, Vera Sacks, Logan White, and Mary Douglas Wilson.

Three players — Wren Thomas, Frances Boyer, and Mary Douglas Wilson — are tied for the team scoring lead with two goals apiece on the young season.
